I’ve decided to finally leave the house. How do I buy a ticket to an event?

Well, aren’t you a brave one! Buying a ticket will be easy. Just go to the event that you like, click the option for “Buy Ticket” and from there, add as many tickets as you need to your cart, then head to check out.

I’m trying to prove to my friends that I’m not as introverted as I seem. Is there a way for me to see all of the events that I’m attending?

You bet! After you have signed in, click on “My Account” and scroll down to see both upcoming events and past events.

I received an email for my ticket confirmation but can’t find it. What should I do?

No worries! Go to “My Account” and scroll down to “Orders”. Under “Actions” you will see an option to view your confirmation.

I can no longer attend the event and need to request a refund. Who should I contact?

Every event organizer has their own refund policy. To contact the event organizer, go to the event listing to view the event support email address to request a refund.

These events all look fun, but I’m an introverted potato! I don’t want to attend any events solo. Any suggestions?

How do I get started in creating an event?

After you click “Create An Event” in the menu, you will be redirected to a sign in/sign up page. After you are all signed in, you will be prompted to fill out your event organizer profile and to connect to the payment processor, Stripe.

How much does it cost to sell tickets on Connie?

There is currently no cost for event organizers to sell tickets on Connie. Attendees are charged a transaction fee of $1 per ticket + 5% of ticket price.

Where can I find payouts for tickets that have been sold?

Under "My Account" click your Organizer Profile and select "Edit Organizer". Here you will be led to your Stripe account and can see when to expect your next payout.

I just realized that I made a typo and the grammar queen in me is stressed! How do I edit my event?

Have no fear! We’ve provided two lightning fast ways to edit your event:

  1. Go to “My Account” and click on “Organizer Profile”. You will see three action icons listed to the right of your event listing. Click on the middle icon and edit.
  2. Go to your event listing page and click the “Edit Event” button in the top right corner

How do I delete tickets?

To protect our community in the chance of a refund request, we do not allow for tickets to be completely deleted; however, after editing an event, you can hide your ticket.

Someone can no longer attend and I’d like to give them a refund. How do I do this?

After receiving the attendee name or email, log into your Stripe account, find the transaction and provide a refund.

Where can I find a list of my events, how many tickets I’ve sold and the attendee’s coming to my event?

Dun, dun, dun! Look no further than your trusted Organizer’s Profile! There you will find your list of events, as well as your tickets and attendee info by clicking on the “Analytics” button under “Actions”.
